Pay:

$23.10hr (2nd Shift) - $24.15hr (3rd shift)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday

As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT equipment while ensuring all products meet IPC-A-610 and

J-STD-001

Class 3 standards. Your work will directly support the production of high-reliability assemblies used in critical industries. Why You'll Love This Job

What You'll Be Doing

Set up and operate SMT machines and equipment.

Loadponents, verify placement, polarity, and specifications.

Inspect products and identify defects or quality issues.

Perform microscope soldering, touch-ups, rework, and X-ray inspection.

1+ year of related manufacturingSMT experience required.

Ability to read blues and follow written instructions.

Microscope soldering and SMT programming experience is a plus.

Must be able to pass required

IPCJ-STD

certifications and vision requirements.

Pay Details:

$21.00 to $23.00 per hour
