Electronic Assembler Location:
Spring, TX 77380
Pay Rate:
$15 - $28/hour
DOE Schedule:
M-F, 8am to 5pm Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various assembly techniques, including soldering and fabricating components. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards while adhering to schematics and technical specifications. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and systems according to detailed schematics and specifications. Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments, such as calipers and ohmmeters, to ensure accurate assembly. Perform soldering tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and other electronic components. Fabricate parts as needed for assembly processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly processes or equipment malfunctions. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings. Proficient in soldering techniques, particularly with surface mount technology (SMT). Experience with logic controllers and their integration into assembly processes is preferred. Familiarity with using hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters. Ability to fabricate components as required for specific assembly tasks. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot assembly-related issues effectively.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $15.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
