Temp-to-Hire LINK Staffing is hiring an Electrical Assembler / Control Panel Builder in Sugar Land, TX . This position pays $24.00/hour and is a good fit for someone with hands-on electrical assembly experience who can read schematics, wire panels, use meters, and build clean, accurate electrical assemblies. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a candidate who takes pride in detailed wiring, proper connections, and quality work. Job Highlights $24.00/hour 1st shift schedule Monday through Friday Temp-to-hire opportunity Sugar Land, TX location Hands-on electrical assembly and panel wiring Work with schematics, wiring diagrams, meters, hand tools, and power tools What You'll Do Assemble and wire electrical control panels and related electrical assemblies Install, route, terminate, and test low-voltage wiring Read and follow blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Use voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools during assembly and testing Perform basic functional testing and visual inspections Check parts, wiring, and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality Report defects, missing parts, incorrect materials, or assembly issues Keep your tools, work area, and equipment clean, organized, and safe What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly, manufacturing, or a related skilled-trade field Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, or technical drawings Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems Experience using voltmeters, hand tools, and basic power tools Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical or assembly issues Strong attention to detail when wiring, labeling, inspecting, and testing Able to stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift Able to bend, kneel, reach overhead, and work with small components Able to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs Comfortable wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear Why Apply $24.00/hour 1st shift schedule Monday through Friday workweek Temp-to-hire opportunity Skilled electrical assembly work in Sugar Land Recruiter support from LINK Staffing throughout the hiring process Apply Now Apply today to connect with a LINK Staffing recruiter.
