Job Description

FieldBridge is looking for a Sugar Land, TX based PCB Assembler to work for the world's largest oiflield services company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.
Pay/Schedule:
$19.50/hour. Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Great OT opportunity available. At $19.50/hr and 48 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,014 gross. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Assemblers to assemble, test, and inspect printed circuit boards at the Sugar Land, TX facility. In this role, you will be responsible for soldering electronic components, identifying defects, and ensuring all assemblies meet quality standards in accordance with IPC-610 requirements. This position requires the ability to work with precision tools and use a microscope for extended periods. Key Responsibilities Assemble and solder printed circuit boards and electronic components per design drawings and quality standards Inspect solder joints and assemblies using a microscope to identify defects and ensure IPC-610 compliance Test assembled products and troubleshoot issues related to assembly and functionality Read and interpret design drawings and blueprints to identify components and follow assembly instructions Create accurate labor records for all transactions and apply continuous improvement principles within the Manufacturing System Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 2-3 years of PCB assembly and soldering experience required IPC-610 certification required Ability to identify electronic components and read design drawings Proficient use of microscope for extended periods required Basic computer skills and SAP experience preferred Understanding of quality standards and ability to follow standard procedures Must be available for weekend work as needed "VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
