Pull and pick products for installations, ensuring smooth workflow. Essential Skills Strong mechanical aptitude. Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role. Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred experience with hand and power tools. Capability to learn how to assemble large cabinets. Work Environment Work in a clean, climate-controlled panel shop environment alongside a team of approximately 32 colleagues. The role operates on a first shift with flexible start and end times, typically between 7:00-8:00 a.m. start and 4:30-5:00 p.m. finish. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment at benches and panel stations in a professional, organized shop setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
