Pay:

$21.00-$22.00 per hour Position Overview As an Electrical Assembler, you will install, assemble, troubleshoot, and test electrical systems used on heavy-duty aerial lift equipment. You'll work alongside a skilled production team to ensure every unit meets quality and safety standards before leaving the facility. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on electrical work, problem-solving, and building equipment that powers essential industries. What You'll Do Assemble and install electrical wiring, harnesses, switches, controls, and components Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Perform electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring issues Diagnose and repair minor electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems Install and fabricate electrical components using hand and power tools Identify replacement parts using technical manuals Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure high-quality workmanship Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of electrical assembly or electrical technician experience preferred Experience with industrial wiring and power distribution Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints Experience using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and electrical testing equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Electrical, Technical, or Trade School education is preferred Electrical apprenticeship experience is a plus Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) Why You'll Love This Opportunity Competitive starting pay of $21-$22/hour Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals Long-term career opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance available 401(k) with company match (upon eligibility with the client) Paid holidays and paid time off (upon eligibility with the client) Professional training and career advancement opportunities Stable, safety-focused manufacturing environment Apply Today!
