Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and maintain bracket inventory Verify alignment and accuracy of physical brackets with their digital counterparts in the company's comprehensive library Insert physical brackets into our 3D printed orthodontic appliances Perform various inspections to ensure proper quality assurance Maintain effective customer interaction by ensuring contact with ongoing issues and managing open items Read doctor requests & effectively communicate with clients and co-workers Follow proper troubleshooting steps, ask clarifying questions, and discover underlying causes of concern Document all customer related interactions, steps and actions taken, and results and resolutions obtained throughout each interaction
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required) Some College (Preferred)
Required Skills:
All Necessary Training Provided Attention to Detail Highly Organized Quick Learner Ability to prioritize tasks, handle stress, and adapt to change Ability to work well in a team setting as well as independently
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Computers and Windows OS (Preferred)
Dental Laboratory:
1 year (Preferred) Our ideal candidate works well, both independently and on a team, and is teachable and willing to learn. Applicants should be humble, helpful, and focused with amazing attention to detail.
