Use hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to complete electrical wiring tasks accurately. Utilize ohmmeters and other measurement tools to verify electrical continuity and circuit functionality. Perform mechanical assembly tasks, including machining, fitting parts together, and securing components using mechanical knowledge. Inspect completed assemblies for defects or inconsistencies using visual inspection techniques and established quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues related to product assembly or electrical wiring during the manufacturing process. Document assembly and traceability processes as required. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly with a strong understanding of electrical wiring, schematics, and assembly processes. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their integration into electrical assemblies is a plus. Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately. Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, calipers) and power tools for assembly tasks. Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes and experience working with mechanical components is advantageous. Skilled in using measurement instruments, including ohmmeters for electrical testing and calipers for precise measurements. Electrical experience, including circuit troubleshooting and knowledge of electrical safety protocols. Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity; able to follow instructions meticulously while maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.
