Electronics Assembler Position Overview The Electronics Assembler works closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and the Quality Assurance Manager to support the production of high‑quality electronic and mechanical assemblies. This role is responsible for assembling components, fabricating parts, and ensuring all work meets established specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Assembly & Fabrication Perform electronic and mechanical assembly of components, units, and printed circuit boards according to specifications and work instructions. Install components and subassemblies using proper techniques and established procedures. Utilize electronic, hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively. Fabricate parts, cables, and test fixtures as required to support production and testing activities. Collaboration & Support Work directly with Engineers, Project Managers, and the Quality Assurance Manager to support project needs and resolve technical issues. Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments. Documentation & Technical Interpretation Read and interpret technical drawings, datasheets, schematics, and written work instructions. Maintain accurate documentation related to assembly tasks, materials used, and work performed. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent demonstrating required competencies. Minimum of 2 years of electronics assembly experience. Proficient computer and typing skills, including experience with Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and assignments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using hand tools and small power tools. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
