Assemblers We are looking for detail-oriented and skilled Assemblers to join our growing team in Lexington and Natural Bridge. If you have experience with electrical assembly and enjoy working hands-on in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to advance your career. 📍 Lexington, VA & Natural Bridge, VA 💲 $25+/hour (based on experience) What You'll Do Assemble and wire control panels and electrical components Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions Perform point-to-point wiring and install components such as relays, breakers, power supplies, and PLCs Route and organize wiring to meet quality and safety standards Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure proper functionality Troubleshoot and resolve assembly or wiring issues What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, or related work Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and safety practices Strong attention to detail and quality Why Apply? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.23 - $25.73/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
