Electronic Assemblers Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assemble small parts, specifically capacitors, by accurately following patterns and diagrams.
- Perform soldering tasks using both machine and hand techniques as required.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with soldering techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
