• Prepare and modify enclosures and back panels, including measuring, drilling, tapping, or cutting openings as required.
• Mount components such as terminal blocks, relays, contactors, switches, and power supplies.
• Assemble and wire electrical control panels and enclosures per schematics, wiring diagrams, and build documentation.
• Wire electrical panels following proper routing, bundling, and labeling practices.
• Verify all wiring connections and component placements against drawings and BOMs.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with internal standards.
• Maintain organized work areas and ensure tools and materials are properly stored.
• Follow all company safety policies and electrical safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and 6S efforts within the Panel Room.
• Perform other electrical assembly duties as assigned. Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in electrical panel assembly or industrial wiring preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with panel components (relays, terminal blocks, fuses, power supplies, etc.).
• Basic mechanical skills for drilling, tapping, and panel modifications.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
