Full-Time | Non-Exempt Position Summary We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Electronics Department as Assembly Technicians. In this role, you will assemble electronic components, work with small parts using magnification, and ensure each product meets quality and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic components in a one-piece flow production line Place small parts into circuit boards with precision Inspect and test products to ensure quality and functionality Meet production goals for quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery Participate in team meetings to improve safety, workflow, and productivity (5S) Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards Perform additional duties as needed to support operations Work overtime as required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to see small components, distinguish colors, and read symbols Comfortable using magnification tools and learning soldering techniques Ability to interpret basic drawings and blueprints Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Work Environment Indoor manufacturing setting Moderate noise level No travel required Apply Today!
