• Manufacturing Assembler II
• to support the assembly of high-quality electronic and mechanical products in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Responsibilities
• + Assemble, reassemble, and rework products following work instructions, procedures, and engineering drawings.

+ Perform electronic and mechanical assembly tasks, including soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components.

+ Use microscopes and precision tools to complete intricate assembly work.

+ Maintain quality standards and follow established manufacturing procedures.

+ Complete production documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.

• Qualifications
• + 2+ years of manufacturing, electronic assembly, or related experience preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and technical drawings.

+ Experience with soldering and electronic assembly preferred.

+ IPC/J-STD certification is a plus, or willingness to become certified.

+ Familiarity with ESD practices and working under a microscope is preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.

+ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Physical Requirements
• + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. + Ability to bend, squat, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements. + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
