  • Position Overview

As a Fusion Technician / Assembler, you will be responsible for building and assembling critical mechanical and electronic components used in advanced energy systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, or production experience who enjoy hands-on work in a highly technical and team-oriented environment.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Assemble mechanical and electronic components, including cables, capacitors, and related hardware, using technical drawings and work instructions.

+ Perform wiring, crimping, cable assembly, and other electronic assembly tasks with a focus on quality and precision.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production documentation.

+ Utilize hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.

+ Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

+ Document completed work and accurately follow established production processes.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.

+ Adhere to all safety, quality, and security procedures.

  • Required Qualifications
  • + Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related environment.

+ Experience using hand tools and power tools.

+ Mechanical assembly experience involving fasteners, fittings, and mechanical components.

+ Electronic assembly experience, including wiring, crimping, cable assembly, or related work.

+ Ability to read and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and written instructions.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

+ Experience using measuring tools and inspection equipment.

+ Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Previous cleanroom or controlled-environment experience. + Experience in cable assembly, electronic assembly, or mechanical assembly within manufacturing or research environments. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting. + Familiarity with quality processes and continuous improvement practices.
  • Work Environment
  • This position is based in a modern manufacturing facility in Everett, WA, featuring cleanroom areas, warehouse operations, and secure production spaces. Employees may be required to wear cleanroom garments, including protective suits and gloves, while working in designated environments. The facility maintains high standards for safety, quality, organization, and professionalism.

  • This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $24.

00 - $26.40/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
