TITLE:
Electronic Assembler- Start
ASAP SHIFT
3pm-12:30am Mon-Thur | 2-10:30pm every other Friday
LOCATION
Everett, WA
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Contract until 9/30 with eligibility for extension
PAY RANGE
$25/h- $36.25/h, ranged based on assembly skillset level and top of range reflects advanced soldering skills •Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an Electronic Assembler for a busy and thriving aerospace manufacturing company in Everett, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong assembly experience to continue growing their experience, and there will be lots of overtime opportunity available! Key Responsibilities Assembly, test, quality check, and rework assemblies. Perform precision detailed assembly with a close eye for detail. Work on-site at the facility to support teamwork, productivity, and communication. Meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. Follow production procedures, including work orders and quality checks. Use correct tools, and materials to assemble and adjust components to required specifications. Check completed work against blueprints and instructions. Help out in different shop areas as necessary. Suggest process improvements and ways to reduce waste. Follow all safety policies and promote a respectful workplace. Perform through hole and SMT soldering techniques as needed.
Requirements Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
At least 1 year of assembly experience, electronic preferred. Blueprint reading and interpretation required. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Must be a U.S. person or eligible for required export authorization. Soldering experience is an added bonus, through hole and SMT soldering preferred.
