The position requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Perform mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly and testing Operate hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment Conduct quality checks and identify/report defects Rework or repair products based on engineering changes Maintain inventory at workstations Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Required Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma/GED (or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu) Minimum 3 years of assembly and testing experience (required) Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions Experience with hand tools and basic electrical/mechanical equipment Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Preferred Skills Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes Strong teamwork and communication skills
Pay:
$29.00 - $32.00 per hour
