• Overview
• The Aerospace Assembler performs complex, non-routine assembly of electronic assemblies and subassemblies, including circuit boards, modules, panels, cables, and wire harnesses. This role supports production quality, efficiency, and safety standards in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Assemble, modify, rework, and test complex electronic and electrical assemblies + Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly drawings + Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and continuity checks + Strip, tin, bend, and fasten components accurately + Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues using established guidelines + Train and support lower-level assemblers + Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures + Contribute to a positive, respectful team environment •Qualifications•+ Experience in electronic, electrical, or mechanical assembly + Proficiency in soldering, SMT, and wire harness assembly + Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and microscopes + Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination + Effective communication skills and problem-solving ability + Ability to work independently and collaboratively •Pay & Benefits•+ •

Pay Range:

• $23.00-$27.00/hour + Eligible benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; 401(k); HSA; transportation benefits; EAP; and paid time off (eligibility dependent on assignment length and classification).
