$23-$29/hour (Based on Experience & Shift)- Career Growth Opportunities in the Aerospace Industry Are you an experienced assembler looking to take your skills to the next level?
- Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses following engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering in accordance with IPC standards
- Inspect and verify completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and functional requirements
- Conduct basic electrical testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate assembly records, production documentation, and test results
- Follow established quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures What We're Looking For
- Strong electromechanical or electronics assembly experience
- Ability to use common hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and component schematics
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read, write, and understand English Preferred Skills
- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Soldering experience with through-hole and surface-mount components
- Experience performing electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with IPC standards
- Experience working with wiring harnesses and circuit board assemblies Why Apply?
