Job Title:
Electrical Mechanical Assembler 3 Job Description The Electrical Mechanical Assembler 3 is responsible for constructing aircraft structure parts by laying up resin-infused carbon fiber in a specified sequence before processing in an autoclave. This role requires adherence to engineering drawings and company specifications to ensure quality and safety. Responsibilities Adhere to company specifications, work instructions, engineering prints, and work orders. Document materials used in the process to maintain traceability, including out times of cold-stored materials. Build structural components via vacuum bagging using resin systems with carbon fiber reinforcements. Identify and communicate defects in tooling accurately. Meet takt times while maintaining the specified level of quality. Handle various regulated materials used in the process safely. Carefully handle raw materials and manufactured parts to ensure integrity and quality. Protect and maintain the confidentiality of products. Adapt to changing business conditions and handle essential tasks as assigned. Essential Skills Ability to read and follow engineering blueprints. Familiarity with Windows Operating System®, (MRP) M3, Royal 5, and SmarTeam. Understanding and communication in English at a level necessary for successful job performance. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience completing the introductory period for internal applicants. Work Environment The work environment requires no personal protective equipment or specific certifications. Employment status may vary between part-time, full-time, or temporary, with occasional minor travel and potentially irregular hours. Relocation to another facility may be necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marysville, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
