ProLogistix is seeking an Electromechanical Assembler for a growing manufacturing facility in Monroe, WA . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work, interpreting technical drawings, and building high-quality electromechanical products. You'll assemble components, wiring harnesses, PCAs, and sub-assemblies into finished products while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

• Assemble components, PCAs, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies into finished products using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools.
• Load and unload raw materials and WIP parts into fixtures, tooling, and equipment.
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Perform testing on sub-assemblies and completed products.
• Maintain high safety standards and complete assigned safety projects.
• Meet daily and hourly productivity and quality targets.
• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams to ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
• Inspect assembled parts to ensure they meet quality and specification requirements.
• Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
