Your Daily Contributions As a member of our cleanroom production team, you will focus on maintaining consistency and high-level accuracy in every task: Assemble and verify components to guarantee they meet our strict quality standards Manage the setup, operation, and adjustment of production machinery Utilize microscopes for extended periods to manipulate delicate, small-scale parts Adhere strictly to engineering schematics, technical instructions, and production travelers Document and evaluate production metrics to help improve overall quality outcomes Ensure your workstation remains organized, secure, and highly productive Follow all safety protocols and cleanroom requirements to maintain a safe working environment for the entire team Engage in ongoing improvement projects to boost safety, quality, and production efficiency Contribute to the success of the site operational goals and the broader Operating System Required Qualifications Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and verbal communication Basic computer skills At least one year of manufacturing experience within the last five years, with a preference for two to three years of tenure Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing full protective gear, such as a body suit, mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static equipment Ability to perform tasks using a microscope for long durations Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to assist in maintaining high production standards Preferred Skills Experience operating precision hand tools Ability to interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation and Schedule Details A Shift:

4x10 Days, Monday through Thursday, 5am-4pm at 25.32/

Hr B Shift:

4x10 Nights, Monday through Thursday, 3pm-2am at 27.32/

Hr C Shift:

3x12 Days, Friday through Sunday, 6am-7pm at 28.19/

Hr D Shift:
