standards. Document quality issues and collaborate with the engineering group for escalated defects. Identify components based on drawings or electrical diagrams and replace them as necessary. Rework components with lead-free solder, including both surface mount and thru-hole methods. Essential Skills Proficient in soldering and reworking components on circuit boards. Ability to identify components based on drawings or electrical diagrams. Experience with lead-free soldering in both surface mount and thru-hole applications. Previous rework experience with a wide variety of board designs and layouts. Computer skills and experience working in an ERP system preferred. Surface Mount and Thru Hole Soldering experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with electronic assembly and production. Comfortable using hand tools. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vancouver, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
