Job Description
We are seeking a Solderer on 1st Shift!
Pay:
$24-$27/HR Shifts & Hours:
1stShift:
5am-3:30pm on 1st 3:15pm-1:45am on Swing Monday - Thursday Temp to Direct Job Description Assemble electronic products according to drawings, work instructions, and documentation requirements. Prepare, install, remove, and touch up through-hole and SMT components using hand-soldering techniques. Perform modifications to printed circuit boards (PCBs), including installing wires/jumper wires and performing trace cuts. Perform mechanical assembly using work orders, production drawings, sample assemblies, and verbal instructions. Read, understand, and navigate Fusion/Factory Logix documentation. Perform component prepping and stuffing and assist with selective solder operations. Operate in-line and batch washers according to work instructions. Operate board heaters according to established procedures. Depanel assemblies according to work instructions. Inspect completed work and the work of others according toIPC-A-610
requirements and applicable documentation. Qualifications Previous soldering experience required. Basic computer skills. Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and production documentation. Ability to perform detailed electronic assembly and soldering work. Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods as required. Visual acuity sufficient to perform detailed inspection work, including inspection under a microscope when necessary. Must be able to pass a vision exam with minimum visual acuity of 20/25 in at least one eye, with or without corrective lenses. Must be able to pass a color vision test to distinguish color-coded components and materials accurately.
