Automation Displays is growing and hiring talented people to join our team! About Automation Displays, Inc.: Automation Displays, Inc. is a growing custom manufacturer of control panels, founded in 1971, serving a global customer base in the Oil & Gas, Building Automation, Fire Protection, Detention, and Security Markets. Our customers include AWS, JCI, Siemens, Trane, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Emerson, and many more of the best companies in the world.
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay is based on experience. In addition, 3% gift to profit-sharing contribution to Vanguard Retirement Plan and up to another 12% profit-sharing (Vanguard).
Essential Job Functions:
Wire and build electrical custom control panels according to customer specifications. Work with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and electrical schematics. Operate a variety of labeling devices, wire lines, and other machines. Perform panel testing. Assist in maintaining the shop schedule and workload in order to keep on time or work with others to come up with a reasonable time frame if it cannot be met. Perform work with high attention to detail and a priority for product quality. Maintain a high awareness of personal safety at all times. Practices LEAN concepts and methodologies. Supports the Vision, Values, and Strategic Goals of the Company. Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Company. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed. Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Techncal Associates's Degree At least 5 years of electrical experience. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics including reading Ladder Logic and wiring diagrams.
