Electrical Assembly Technician Aerotek is hiring now for their best clients in the market. Grab this opportunity to work with one of our client for a Electrical Assembly Technician position with pay range upto $20/HR where you will get the room to grow and make your perfect career Job Description Join our team as an Electrical Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for the electrical assembly of various drives and electric transformers. You will follow work orders and be trained on schematics for future use. Work in a collaborative environment with teams of 2-4, utilizing various hand and power tools to work on medium voltage lines and large drives. This bench assembly role involves focusing on a single drive throughout your shift. Responsibilities Perform electrical assembly of drives and electric transformers. Follow work orders and schematics for assembly tasks. Collaborate with teams of 2-4 members. Utilize hand and power tools effectively. Work on medium voltage lines and large drives. Focus on bench assembly tasks for the entirety of the shift. Essential Skills Mechanical aptitude. Experience with hand and power tools. 2+ years of assembly (mechanical or electrical) experience with the same company. 1+ years of experience reading blueprints or schematics. Soldering, electronic assembly, and electrical wiring skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of electrical or wire diagrams. Why Work Here? The facility is brand new and serves as the US headquarters, with plans to expand significantly in the coming years Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $20.07/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
