Join our dynamic team as a Value Add (VA) Associate! In this exciting role, you'll build practical component kits and assembly designs by following technical instructions and constructing a diverse range of products. Your expertise in discerning the quality of parts and materials will ensure our products are top-notch. You'll inventory and maintain parts and tools, keep your workspace clean and organized, and check incoming and outgoing products for defects. If you're passionate about precision, quality, and creating something tangible every day, we want you on our team! Pay $17.50/Hour What you will do?: Follow technical instructions and technical terms Assemble a wide range of products based on written instructions Discern quality of parts and materials used in production Examine finished products for conformance Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process Follow company procedures and directives Maintain the tools used to assemble products Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace What you bring to the table!: High school diploma or G.E.D., preferred Experience in a production/assembly environment, distribution or related field required Quality control experience in a production/assembly environment, preferred Experience using hand tools (Crimpers a plus) Sustain long term attention to detail Role-related accuracy and task follow-through Ability to sit at a desk and work for prolonged periods Ability to lift and/ or move, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Noise level may be loud in some areas of the production area Ability to clearly communicate regarding work instructions Basic computer skills Why do you want to work with us?:
