Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals for our General Production team, where primary duties include assembly of various products related to scales, sensors, and indicators. This role involves reading work orders, interpreting basic blueprints, and following specific assembly instructions to ensure quality output. Responsibilities Read work orders to understand the scope and details of assignments. Interpret basic blueprints and follow specific assembly instructions. Ensure the work cell is stocked with parts and replenish the cell from the stock area as needed. Set up and operate a variety of production machines, including soldering tools, microscopes, drills, fill machines, part washers, sand blasters, magnet cranes, or other machines related to cable harness assembly. Perform assembly duties, which may include soldering, snipping, crimping, clamping, etc. Clean and pack products. Consult with a supervisor on questionable cases involving material, quality, or procedure matters. Essential Skills General production experience. Proficiency in assembly and soldering. Experience in electronic assembly and packaging. Capability to operate various production machines. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmyra, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
