Shift:

1st Monday-Friday 6am-230PM Summary Responsible for assembling finished products and subassemblies according to customer specifications. Works closely with managers and team leads, supports continuous improvement efforts, and maintains a strong commitment to quality, safety, and professional growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble products and subassemblies using SOPs, blueprints, and product structure documentation Position and fasten components using hand tools, fixtures, and templates Perform wiring, cutting, forming, and terminating of electrical assemblies Use test sets and checking devices to verify product functionality Make calibrations according to documented procedures Maintain equipment cleanliness and report malfunctions Follow 5S and safety standards to maintain a clean work environment Complete production, quality, labor, and inventory documentation in ERP system Meet production and quality goals Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Support and assist coworkers as needed Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience Skills & Qualifications Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills Blueprint and electrical schematic reading High attention to detail with solid math and reasoning skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environments Positive mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
