As an Electrical Generator Assembler , you'll play a hand-on role in the assembly of our Jenbacher generators on our new manufacturing line in Waukesha, WI.
What You'll Do:
Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on electrical schematics. Perform electrical installations on production lines . Conduct system testing to ensure compliance with U.S. standards. Document all work accurately and maintain records. Operate cable assembly equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. Contribute ideas to improve processes and workflows.
What You'll Bring :
Completed training or certification in electrical, electronics, electrical installation, or mechatronics. Hands-on experience in control panel assembly, machine installation, or system commissioning . Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office . Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) . Ability to work shifts, overtime, and adapt to team needs. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset . Self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance) .

First Shift Monday through Friday ( Candidates need to be willing to work overtime, flexible shifts and adapt to team needs ) .
