Responsibilities Execute precise wire stripping, jacket removal, and terminal crimping to meet rigorous quality standards. Assemble complex cable configurations by accurately inserting terminals into connectors and performing secure tie-wrapping. Interpret technical drawings and internal work instructions to ensure every unit is built to exact specifications. Perform manual soldering tasks to create robust electrical connections, with opportunities for skill development. Maintain a high level of accuracy in component counting and color identification to ensure product integrity. Contribute to a safe and efficient production environment by managing your workstation and handling materials up to 40 lbs. Qualifications Required Skills Proven ability to read and utilize measuring tools such as rulers with high accuracy. Strong color vision and the ability to distinguish between various wire gauges and types. Demonstrated manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while seated or standing. Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Preferred Skills Prior experience interpreting technical blueprints or schematics.
