Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Gadsden, Alabama. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and equipment according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions. Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and other assembly equipment. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and adherence to specifications. Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals. Assist with packaging, testing, and shipping preparation as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gadsden, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
