Job Description:

The CNC Machine Mechanic responsibilities include, performing advanced diagnostics, repairs, rebuilds, and installations of industrial CNC machine tools while ensuring precision alignment, mechanical integrity, and reliable machine performance in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role requires a hands-on technician capable of working independently on complex mechanical and electrical systems, supporting customers and internal teams, and contributing to the development of junior technicians.

Pay Range:

$35.00

• $45.

00 per hour (DOE)

Shift:

Multiple shifts available.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair CNC machine tools, including mechanical and electrical systems
• Perform major machine rebuilds, reconditioning, and full installations
• Execute precision alignment, leveling, and mechanical adjustments
• Troubleshoot issues down to the component level
• Disassemble, rebuild, and reassemble complex machine systems
• Document and organize parts and components for accurate reassembly
• Collaborate with customers, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams
• Independently manage service calls and rebuild projects
• Train and mentor junior technicians

Job Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of CNC machine tool mechanical experience
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and advanced troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with multiple CNC control platforms
• Ability to independently complete complex rebuilds and installations
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in industrial environments with noise, dust, and physical demands
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, climb, bend, and work at heights
• Willingness to work 8-10 hour shifts with overtime and weekends as needed
