Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler with experience building, installing, and assembling mechanical components on heavy equipment, machinery, or custom-built products. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand tools, reading work instructions, and working with mechanical systems. This role focuses on custom assembly work rather than repetitive production-line assembly. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components. Install and torque bolts, hydraulic hoses, fittings, and related components. Read and follow blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions. Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools safely and effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues as needed. Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the build process. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of mechanical assembly, equipment installation, machinery build, or maintenance experience. Experience working with heavy equipment, agricultural equipment, industrial machinery, or similar products. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes. Experience working with heavy equipment, machinery, or industrial products. Heavy equipment assembly or repair. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces and various positions, including standing, kneeling, and climbing. Ability to work overtime as needed.
