Position Responsibilities- Read, comprehend, and follow product drawings, schematics, and other graphical or written descriptions of the proper assembly of electromechanical products.
- Ensures project accuracy by verifying that the released documentation is the current and correct revision prior to beginning assembly.
- Adhere to policies of quality assurance, safety, 7S, PPE, and cleanliness. Position Tasks
- Electro-Mechanical assembly of final product and subassemblies within the guidelines of the quality system and other department policies.
- Correctly use multiple types of hand tools, soldering and test equipment to perform this assembly and related testing, as per documentation and workmanship standards.
- Complete records—paper and electronic—that report completion of tasks and work orders (routing forms), identify nonconforming material, verify results of test or inspections, etc.
- May be required to support and troubleshoot discrepant material and interact with other departments to diagnose root cause of problems/Non-conformance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
