In this role, you'll be instrumental in assembling a variety of products and preparing finished product for shipping to the customer. Ensuring each product meets our high standards for quality and safety. Duties Mechanical Assembly

• Use hand tools for basic assembly of product. Packing
• Build boxes and inserts, pack finished product along with manuals and accessories, box labels, and prepare to ship. Epoxy
• Fill units with epoxy and tough gel using dispensing equipment. Hand mix 2 part epoxy (as needed). Use RTV to seal units after epoxy process. Conformal Coating
• helps with coating PCBA's with hand paint brush. Rework
• reworks units to fix mechanical defects.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly or manufacturing environments Familiarity with using hand tools, power tools, epoxy dispensing equipment. Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
