Job Description

HumanHire is partnered with an aerospace and defense manufacturer to identify a high-level, very experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler . This contract-to-hire role is ideal for a hands-on assembler who enjoys working with both mechanical builds and detailed electrical wiring in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay Rate:
$32-$35/hour depending on experience

Schedule:
this is a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity; M-F, 7am-3:30pm
Electro-Mechanical Assembler Responsibilities:
Assemble and wire complex electro-mechanical systems, including test racks, portable units, cable and wire harnesses, and mechanical subassemblies Build and modify cables, harnesses, PCBs, and interface assemblies using schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions, including soldering and rework Use hand tools, test equipment, and measuring devices to complete prototype and production builds to specification
Electro-Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in an electro-mechanical or electronics manufacturing environment Experience working to IPC-A-610 and
IPC/WHMA-A-620
standards Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wire lists, and mechanical drawings; strong soldering skills (thru-hole and SMT) Hands-on experience with cable/harness assembly, precision tools, and IPC standards If interested in this Electro-Mechanical Assembler opportunity, please apply to this posting with your resume and if qualified, a recruiter will be in contact within 48 hours.
