In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Your expertise in interpreting technical drawings, using measuring instruments, and handling various tools will be essential to delivering high-quality assembled products. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production documents to accurately assemble mechanical components. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math skills to verify dimensions and ensure assembly accuracy. Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized industrial tools safely and effectively during assembly processes. Perform mechanical assembly tasks including fitting, fastening, soldering, and machining of parts according to technical specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to verify the integrity of assembled components before final inspection. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, interpret technical drawings, and improve assembly procedures. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or mechanical assembly is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers is a plus. Knowledge of shop math, mechanical knowledge, and the use of hand tools or power tools enhances your effectiveness in this role. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Experience with soldering or machining processes is advantageous but not required; training will be available for those interested.
