Mechanical Assembler

We are looking for detail-oriented Assemblers and technical builders who take pride in precision. As an Assembler, you ll be on the front lines of manufacturing, transforming complex schematics into high-performance hardware. salary:

$24 - $29 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Assembly & Routing:

Route, combed, and dress wires on harness boards (formboards) according to specific layouts.

Technical Execution:

Perform precision wire cutting, stripping, crimping, and tinning.

Soldering:

High-quality hand-soldering of wires to connectors, switches, and terminal strips.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret complex schematics, wiring diagrams, and Work Instructions (WI).

Testing:

Conduct electrical continuity and "pull tests" to ensure zero-defect manufacturing.

Protection:

Apply over-braided sleeving, heat shrink, and specialized shielding to protect assemblies from environmental hazards.
