Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assembler II to join a manufacturing team in Pomona, CA. This position is responsible for assembling large machine parts and components using a variety of hand and power tools while following mechanical blueprints and assembly specifications. Candidates must have previous manufacturing assembly experience working with large parts or machinery and be comfortable performing assembly work with minimal guidance. Key Responsibilities Assemble machine parts and components using hand and power tools Read and follow mechanical blueprints and assembly instructions Assemble machinery and components accurately with minimal supervision Measure parts and components using a tape measure Identify and distinguish between different machine parts and components Perform TIG welding as required Notify the Lead or Supervisor of equipment, assembly, or production issues Follow established safety procedures when handling tools, equipment, and machinery Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards Requirements Previous large-part or machine assembly experience is required Previous experience in a manufacturing environment TIG welding experience is required Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to assemble machinery with minimal guidance Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Physical & Work Environment This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires extended periods of standing, frequent use of hand and finger dexterity, and pushing/pulling materials or components. The work is performed in an indoor manufacturing environment where employees may be exposed to machinery vibration and loud noise.
