Responsibilities:
Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations using blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and engineering documentation. Assemble, inspect, and test components, subassemblies, and finished products utilizing hand tools, torque drivers, crimpers, drills, and measuring equipment. Read and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, and visual aids to ensure product quality and accuracy. Follow quality standards, safety procedures, LEAN/6S practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of electromechanical assembly experience. Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Proficient in the use of small hand tools, including torque wrenches, drills, crimpers, strippers, and inspection tools. High School Diploma or GED required with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
