Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to work on-site with our client, a top-tier fortune 1000 electronics company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues in automation Execute and provide feedback on acceptance test plans Work with production line partners to develop NPI's into automation Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on deployed systems Create and maintain PM documentation Assist with assembly of automated systems Assist R D Engineers with development of new systems and technologies

Qualifications:

An Associate degree in Electro/Mechanical technology & 3-5 years related experience Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Have sound knowledge of basic mechanical/electrical/software principals Familiarity with PLC based robotics and associated controls Experience with pneumatics, electronic controls, and 3 phase power Strong computer skills (MS Office, CAD, PLC, Data Collection & Analysis) Ability to operate basic power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders Able to use mechanical hand tools, including calipers and square Familiarity with machine shop tools: mills, lathes, band saws, etc. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel and maneuver in tight spaces. Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs. We need hard-working, reliable employees.
