Responsibilities include:
- Working with a production team assembling and packing picture frames.
- Ensuring quality at every step of our process (assembling and detailing frames, packaging and shipping) and being ultimately responsible for the quality of every frame that we ship.
- Must be able to stand on feet for an 8 hours shift, use basic hand tools, and work well with others.
- Must be able to lift 10 to 20 lbs on a consistent basis.
- Regularly lift large packages over 20 lbs, occasionally lift materials in excess of 50 lbs.
- Frequently vary tasks based on the direction of team leaders. Here's what we can offer you:
- Full time (40 hours/week), Monday through Friday and occasionally Saturdays. 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Competitive pay $19 an hour for the first 90 days. Increased to $20.00 after 90 day period.

- You have a keen eye for details, and understand that they are important. A single scratch on a shipped frame can negate the hundreds of other things that went right with that order. Missing details or cutting corners creates a negative experience for our customer, who trusts us with their business and provides for our livelihoods.
- You're independent and self-directed. Once you learn your role, you don't require much guidance to consistently fulfill its requirements.
- You have computer experience and are familiar with basic web-based software and using email/chat to communicate.
