$15.00•$18.00 per hour Job description: Suspension Technologies•Largo, FL Full-Time | Entry-Level Friendly | Will Train Suspension Technologies is hiring for our assembly department , building high-quality shock assemblies for motorcycles. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into a skilled trade and build a long-term career in a hands-on, mechanical field. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands — whether that's tinkering on cars, motorcycles, or small engines — and wants to learn, grow, and be part of a solid team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble motorcycle shock components Work with hand tools and small mechanical parts Follow structured assembly processes Maintain a clean and organized workspace Support production flow and team operations

What We're Looking For:

Mechanically inclined (auto, motorcycle, or hands-on hobby experience is a plus) Reliable and shows up ready to work Positive attitude and team-oriented Able to take initiative and stay productive without constant direction Willing to learn and grow within the company No formal experience required — we will train the right person Why This Job is a
