Responsibilities:

As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will perform a broad range of assembly tasks to build precise electro-mechanical assemblies or sub-assemblies. You will be a vital part of the production process, ensuring that every component meets rigorous quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an environment of constant change and is eager to contribute to the success of a local manufacturing leader.

Responsibilities are:

Build precise electro-mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and cables. Perform wire tagging and assemble rotors into housings while accurately setting endplay. Use fixtures to adjust brushes and assemble brush blocks or slip ring stack-ups. ... Execute high-quality soldering to terminals and splice HML wires. Set up components for run-in/clean and utilize measurement instruments for quality checks. Adhere strictly to work instructions, Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations, and

AS9100/ISO

procedures. Assist with document control and participate in all required training sessions. Proactively recommend changes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce production costs.

Working hours:

6:00 AM - 2:30

PM Skills:

Basic understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations. Experience in a lean manufacturing setting focused on efficiency.

Education:
High School Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

Valid J-Standard certification for soldering. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and travelers. Proficiency in using various measurement instruments. Strong understanding of AS9100 requirements and ISO compliance. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment. 3 plus years and recent soldering experience.
