$18/hr Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Valve Assembler to join our production team in Ocala, FL. This role is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing industrial valves and related components according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand tools, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Assemble industrial valves and components according to work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring devices accurately Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality Conduct pressure or leak testing as required Identify and report defects or assembly issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical work preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math and measurement skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience assembling valves, pumps, or mechanical equipment Familiarity with industrial manufacturing environments Knowledge of quality control or testing procedures What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, full-time employment Opportunities for skill development and advancement Supportive team environment Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ocala, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
