Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Assembler / Spin Welding Technician to join our production team. This hourly, shop-based role combines mechanical assembly with spin welding of plastic tanks and components. The ideal candidate enjoys working with tools and equipment, follows procedures closely, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of parts, subassemblies, and finished products. Operate spin welding equipment to weld plastic tanks and components. Set up and verify welding parameters for consistent, quality welds. Inspect parts before and after welding to ensure quality standards are met. Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring devices. Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and report issues. Follow safety, quality, and production procedures. Maintain a clean, organized work area. Accurately complete required production or quality documentation. Required Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly environment. Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools. Ability to follow written instructions, work orders, and drawings. Attention to detail and quality. Ability to meet production standards in an hourly environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with spin welding, plastic welding, or similar processes. Experience assembling mechanical or plastic components. Manufacturing or technical training. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive motions and precision work. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay.
