Responsibilities Assemble small drones using a variety of hand tools while following detailed work instructions. Build and integrate small parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies that require working with tight tolerances. Conduct thorough quality checks on parts and completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, and compliance with specifications. Follow detailed checklists and standardized procedures to maintain consistent quality standards throughout the assembly process. Use measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances. Apply knowledge of FOD (Foreign Object Debris/Damage) prevention to maintain a safe and clean assembly area. Collaborate with team members and support personnel to troubleshoot basic assembly issues and ensure smooth workflow.
