MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER
  • 2ND SHIFT Kress is looking for a full time Mechanical Assembler
  • 2nd Shift to join our team in the development of specialized industrial equipment for steel, construction, and mining industries. Responsibilities
  • Working with the Kress team, produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies in accordance with provided blueprints Assemble a wide array of components used in heavy equipment (i.
e. hydraulic and electrical systems, cabs, axles, and powertrains) per prints and assembly instructions Experienced assemblers commission and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems All Kress employees contribute to a safe and organized work environment Qualifications
  • High School diploma required 2+ years previous experience in heavy equipment assembly strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints required Previous heavy machinery experience preferred Fluency with various hand tools Prior mechanic experience a plus Kress Benefits
