Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Worker, where you'll play a vital role in constructing high-quality products through precise assembly processes. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and technical drawings, ensuring each component is assembled accurately and efficiently. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will contribute directly to delivering exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities Assemble components and subassemblies according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accurate assembly. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine proper fabrication and assembly procedures. Operate fabrication equipment, welding tools, soldering irons, and machining devices as needed for component preparation. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with warehouse operations including material handling using forklifts, inventory management, and shipping/receiving tasks. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or assembly environments. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and fabrication processes. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and machining devices. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other gauges. Ability to operate forklifts and understand warehouse safety procedures (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for assembling small or complex parts. Prior experience in welding or soldering is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed. Join us in creating innovative products through precise assembly!
